I've been trying to blog for an hour now, and every time I start I get distracted with the CORNER GAS, gas pump game...I have problems. If Darin's reading this, get whoever works on this site, to put some sort of counselling link in there, to those suffering with compulsive gas pumping...perhaps I should get a part time job...+
Ok, so asking for Free Stuff...might actually help you get free stuff...or perhaps its filling out comment cards...either way, I got a $5 gift certificate from Jack Astors...Mmmmm....TROY! LETS GO AGAIN HONEY! (he paid, so he probably gets the $5 discount) :)
So I got 2 packages in the mail today. One from Lisa...Mmmm...candies, pictures, picture frame, more candies....face mask...(not like a bear mask or something, one of those girlie-cream ones) and all kinds of girlie goodiness. Then I got a package from my Oma (German for Grandma). She sent me a watch that my Dad sent her, but she will never wear. (Don't worry, my Dad told her to send it to me!) So sweet...I've never ever received a package from my Oma before. She's such a cute lady!
Nothing again...overly exciting to write of...this week will likely be same as last week...working & then hanging out with my boy...tonight he made me supper...he makes the best hamburgers!
IN YOU
"I put my hope in You. I lay my life in the palm of Your hands. For I'm constantly drawn to You oh Lord, in ways I can not comprehend. Its the Creator calling the created. Maker beconing the made. The bride finding what she's always waited for...when we find ourselvers that day...
In you...where the hungry feast at the table, the blind frozen by colors in their view, the lame will dance, they'll dance for they are able, and the weary find rest, oh the weary find rest in You. Its no secret we don't belong here, though set apart by the grace of You. We look for the day when we go to a place where the old becomes brand new. In You, where the hungry feast at the table, the blind frozen by the colors in view, the lame will dance will dance for they are able, and the weary find rest, oh the weary find rest in you... Oh we will find rest in You." Mercy Me.
Celebrate God today. So often we forget that He made the sunset that ends our day...He made the sun rays that kiss our cheeks as the sun beats through the blinds in the morning...he made the water we splash on our faces as we race the clock to get to work on time. He made time. He made each moment of each day, and he made them complete...just enough, but not too little. When I stop...and focus on my Creator...my Maker...and realize the beauty I see each day, and yet have grown accustomed to...I am humbled. Our God...is an incredible God...and is worthy of our praise and adoration at very least.

The dinner was really more of a team effort... I can't take full credit. :) But my burgers are good. I think I'm getting better, cuz those were among the best I've made, I think.
Honey, you need help with your gas-pumping problems. Your addictive personality leads me to believe that you should probably stay away from gambling, and especially VLTs... those shiny machines with their blinking lights would beckon you back and you would not be able to resist!
