I figured it was my duty to publish the most recent events of Berkley Court NW. So on Friday I noticed this notice posted on a chair sitting in front of #39 Berkley Court. I thought it was really really funny, and think perhaps I might add a note of my own to this little billboard...but I haven't quite decided yet. What are everyone's opinions of this...?
Hopefully you can read it, I tried to blow it up a bit in photoshop.

I love it! Reminds me of the note my neighbors left outside their apartment! It was hilarious!! It said..."Poopy doopy U so loopy, please clean up after your doggie." It was written on cardboard and taped to their windmill...one of their many lawn ornaments! Interesting people...
What is the last word on that note "and I am the _____"? And why is the note there twice in the handwriting of two different people?
I think we should make an effort to park in fron of #39 Berkley Crt more often. We will be teaching a lesson in patience. I hope they spend several minutes looking for a close spot, especially when they could probably park around the corner and walk 30 seconds to their door. :)

I think it says "I am the tax payer" but in horrible english.
